Phil joined us as a career change and quickly became an invaluable part of our team, initially in reception where we needed additional support. A fully qualified electrician by trade, Phil is also an immensely talented artist, with a knack for tackling a wide range of tasks – making him incredibly handy around the workshop. A certified petrolhead with a 1965 V8 Mustang and a keen motorbike enthusiast, Phil is typically the first point of contact when you enter reception to book in your vehicle. Always approachable and friendly, he’ll make sure you’re taken care of.

Jamie has been with us for nearly 20 years, starting as a mechanic and MOT tester at Lavant. Over the years, he transitioned into the role of Workshop Manager, growing in experience and responsibility along the way. Jamie is your go-to person for any technical questions, with a wealth of hands-on mechanical knowledge. You’ll also see him on reception, often the friendly face at the end of the day when you come to collect your vehicle. A dedicated Arsenal supporter and a proud dad, Jamie is always happy to help with any technical queries you may have.

Rew founded Rew Auto Services in 2003, initially as a one-man operation. Through dedication and hard work, he has grown the business into what it is today – a thriving 6,000 sqft workshop with 7 ramps and a fantastic team of 8 employees. Rew began his career with an apprenticeship at a Rover dealership before moving to lorries, then returning to cars over 22 years ago. He holds the title of Certified Advanced Automotive Engineer and is an IMI Accredited Master Technician. Rew is deeply passionate about customer satisfaction and works tirelessly to ensure that this focus is always top of mind for everyone at Rew Auto Services.

James came as part of the ‘package’ when Rew Autos bought out the previous garage in their current home. Worried at first about what the change in ownership would bring, James has embraced the ‘RewAuto way’ and has become a crucial member of the team. He accepted the task of improving his skills and embarked on the diagnostic training journey, completing the IMI/Bosch Master Technician course this year. His skill set improves week after week and will be your guide to all things diagnostic.  James is a sci-fi specialist in his spare time with a passion for the Galaxy!

Paul has been with Rew Autos for over 15 years, in that time his knowledge of nut and bolt repairs has made him an essential tech in the workshop. Paul’s skills are with the mechanical moving bones from the engine and gearbox to the axles he’s our go-to man.  Always happy and amenable, Paul loves F1 and has a love of the Ferrari team.

Richard joined the team in 2022 mainly as an MOT tester.  We have however nurtured him back onto diagnostics and repairs and his knowledge grows all the time.  His wealth of knowledge on MOT testing is a huge plus for the team and is our go-to fountain.  Richard is a passionate BMW owner so is always happy when a BMW comes into the workshop!  A brand new Dad to his baby boy, Richard enjoys splitting quality family with his passion for clay pigeon shooting.

Jordan is our youngest tech who was also inherited from the previous garage.  Jordan was an apprentice at the time and we signed him up to complete his course, which he has now done with flying colours.  Jordan has a wealth of Audi knowledge and has taught himself (with a little guidance) how to weld and fix up his own car.  Jordan is keen to learn with a hunger for improving his, already, sharp brain.  He is a welcome addition with the future in his hands.
